Tracy Gilreath- M.S., LPCA
Tracy Gilreath earned his Masters of Arts in Professional Counseling from Liberty University. Tracy is a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors. Before getting his degree in counseling, Tracy worked with teenagers and families as a Youth Pastor for 16 years. He has worked in the mental health field for the past 9 years helping adolescents, children, families and couples restore emotional, mental, and spiritual health. Training and certifications include Cognitive-Behavior therapy and Trauma-Focus Cognitive Behavior therapy. He is experienced in counseling children and adolescents who are having behavioral issues in school and in the home, marriage or couple conflicts, family problems, and anxiety related issues. He also serves clients in the Statesville center and is available at co-locations. Tracy continues to serve the local church through partnering with his wife in the couples ministry as well as working in the Youth ministry. Tracy is a husband and a father to two children.
Kambi A. Swan- M.S., LPC
Kambi Swan earned her master of arts in counseling from Liberty University in Lynchburg, VA and is a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors. Kambi has experience providing individual and group therapy to assist people in a variety of issues including; grief, depression, emotion management, anxiety, interpersonal difficulties, marriage conflicts, spiritual quandaries, trauma and abuse. Kambi specializes in assisting individuals in trauma recovery. In addition to her ministry in counseling, Kambi is an experienced trainer and consultant in both church and organizational settings. Kambi has served in many leadership roles in local churches throughout her life, equipping people to discover and walk out their God-given gifts and purpose. She and her husband live in Statesville, NC.
Cindy Ray- M.S., LPC, CPC
Cindy Ray is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Pastoral Counselor with the American Association of Pastoral Counselors. Cindy has over 10 years of experience in faith-integrated counseling and psychotherapy. Her goal is for you to have compassionate experience at a time when you may be hurting the most. Cindy is gifted at looking for ways to affirm your choices and decisions along the way and to help you reach new goals. She has a Master of Science in Pastoral Counseling from Loyola University Maryland and Theological Graduate Studies from Wesley Theological Seminary in Washington, DC. Cindy’s background in healthcare has provided insight with clients who struggle with chronic medical diagnoses and include depression, anxiety, and autoimmune issues. In therapy we look at ways to process and accommodate challenging changes. Other clients might be dealing with complicated relationship concerns. Cindy is available to work with men, women and couples. Cindy Ray is passionate about the work that occurs in the therapy room!
Bill Wilder- M.Div., M.A.MFT, LPC
Bill Wilder is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who has been working with men, adolescents, couples and families for over 10 years. Bill is a highly skilled therapist who can help you bridge gaps in your relationships that previously seemed impossible to overcome. Bill offers a unique perspective in helping people relate to their depression, anxiety, anger and emotional blocks with compassion and curiosity. Bill embodies a careful mix of authenticity, compassion, wisdom, humor and directness in his work which is a breath of fresh air. Bill is a national leader and voice in the integration movement of the Internal Family Systems model within a Christian worldview. Bill is uniquely equipped having earned a Master of Marriage and Family Therapy and a Master of Divinity from Reformed Theological Seminary.
Laura Whiting- Office Manager
Laura has been the office manager at Samaritan Care and & Counseling for ten years. Laura is the warm and caring voice on the phone that people experience when they first call the center for an initial assessment. She helps people feel cared for and get what they need. Laura plays a significant role in making sure that each client is assisted with insurance billing and processes so that there are few problems and payment of service is made as simple and easy as possible in the complicated and difficult world of insurance that we live in. Laura is married with two children.

Robert Willis- MA, LMFT
Robert Willis is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, (LMFT) who has served in the Wilkesboro/Elkin areas the past three years. Robert completed The Residency Program with CareNet, Inc. in June of 2013, and is now working full time with CareNet Counseling of Wilkes, Inc. and in our satellite office in the Elkin area. He served as Youth Pastor at First United Methodist Church of Elkin for six years. Robert attended Pfeiffer University undergrad attaining degrees in Youth Ministry and Christian Missions, Pfieffer University Grad school attaining a Masters of Arts in Marriage & Family Therapy, and is a Charter Member of Delta Kappa (Epsilon Chapter): International Marriage & Family Therapy Honor Society. Robert specializes in working with couples, families and individuals by way of identifying and altering negative relational patterns and perceptions. Robert, his wife and son live in Elkin, NC.
Jessica B Call- MA, LPC
Jessica Call is a Licensed Professional Counselor, (LPC), who has served in the CareNet Counseling of Wilkes, Inc. (formerly, Pastoral Care & Counseling of Wilkes, Inc.) the past three years as a full time Counselor. Jessica earned her Master of Arts degree in Agency Counseling at Lenoir Rhyne College in May of 2008. Jessica completed a two year residency program in psychotherapy and spirituality in August of 2010 with Wake Forest Baptist Health CareNet, Inc.
Jessica is especially passionate about spirituality and the role it plays in the healing process. She enjoys serving women seeking to overcome past trauma(s) and/or present life stressors, working with children, teens and their families to help restore helath to areas of brokenness. Jessica, along with her husband and two daughters live in Elkin, NC.
Lynette Stewart- MA, NCC, LPC
Lynette Stewart is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), who began working with CareNet Counseling of Wilkes in March of 2015. Prior to coming to CareNet, Lynette worked in Forsyth County with adults and adolescents dealing with a variety of issues including emotion regulation, stress & anxiety, depression, OCD, life transitions, school/career concerns, trauma history, and relationship issues. She has a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Wake Forest University and graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Columbia International University. Lynette is passionate about caring for clients as whole people by considering mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual needs and using information from all these aspects to help clients determine what they need and how we can tailor our counseling sessions to those needs. Lynette does not tell clients what to think, how they should feel, or what decision they should make. Instead, she believes it is important to work together with clients to determine what they are thinking & feeling, and out of that, what choices they would like to make. Lynette lives with her husband and son in Deep Gap, NC.
Randy Johnson- MDiv, MA, LPC
Randy Johnson earned his Master of Arts Degree in Agency Counseling from Appalachian State University. He is a graduate of Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, Louisville, KY with a Master of Divinity, Pastoral Counseling and Gardner-Webb College, Boiling Springs, NC, Bachelor of Arts, Religion. Randy has been working in the mental health field for over 20 years and is currently employed with CareNet Counseling of Wilkes, Inc. part time. Randy’s client base consists primarily of children and teens and has interest in couples as well as individual therapy with all ages. Randy has the unique ability to relate well with children, helping with family dynamics and offers compassion while bringing about healing and reconciliation. Randy resides in Roaring River, NC.
Lynne A. Moree- MA, LPC
Lynne Moree is a Licensed Professional Counselor, (LPC) who has worked in the Wilkes and Watauga area since 1988. Lynne began working with CareNet Counseling of Wilkes, Inc. in November of 2012. She is a graduate of the University of North Carolina with a B.A., Psychology and Appalachian State University with M.A., Rehabilitation-Counseling, Psychology. Her professional experience includes community mental health, school counseling in both elementary and middle school and private practice. For the last 25 years, the focus of her work has been with children and families. Lynne’s area of expertise is working with children and adolescents ages 4 through 18 who have experienced trauma such as neglect/or abuse and the subsequent loss of placement with their families. This also includes those families who are experiencing grief or loss related to other life circumstances such as divorce or death of a loved one. In addition, Lynne enjoys working with women of any age who are experiencing mood difficulties, health/wellness issues or other stage of life problems. To Lynne her two greatest passions are the world of faith and the study of human behavior. Lynne is married with two sons, she and her husband reside in Wilkesboro, NC.
